Fu :Good morning.

Fa :Good morning.

Fu :How are you?

Fa :I’m fine thank you. Thank you for this chance for me to have this interview.

Fu :You are welcome. So what is your name?

Fa :My name is Fajar Andhika.

Fu :Please tell me about your profile.

Fa :My name is Fajar.I am 25 years old.Im Indonesian and i live in Depok.I graduated from Gunadarma University and majoring Accounting.

Fu :How much you know about this company?

Fa :I know enough this company.I know that this company is in the banking sector and this bank is belong to micro economy sector.BRI is the bank that spread even until a very small village to help the people that working as an enterpreuner,farmer,and the others villagers.

Fu :That’s good.Next i want to ask you about your basic skill.Tell me about your basic skill.

Fa :My basic skill of course is about accounting such as make a ledger,trial balance,cashflow and to make a financial statements.

Fu :Okay. Now tell me about your strength.

Fa :My strength is i know how to use accounting software such as MYOB and zahir.I also can use a tax software such as E-SPT.

Fu :Have you ever been in some course before?

Fa :Yes i have been in tax course before,and its about brevet a and brevet b.I also have a workship and its about tax too.

Fu :Tell me about your working experience.Where have you work before?

Fa :I have working as an ADP in CIMB bank before and i work there for 3 years.

Fu :So,you work as an ADP before.For now,what position do you want?

Fa :I want to work as an ODP for now because i think it will fit for me.

Fu :Can you work as a team?

Fa :Yes i can. I can work both as a team or as a single worker.

Fu :If i accept you here,what is your goal for this company?

Fa :Well of course i will try to do my best and to help this company raising the target. I will dedicate my self for this company to make this company be the number one company in banking sector and fulfilling the future target of this company.

Fu :Last question,how much salary did you ask for now?

Fa :For what i can do and all of my skill,im sure that i deserve at least Rp.6.000.000.

Fu :Okay then,nice interview.I will give you a call if you get this job maybe in one or two weeks before today.Thank you Fajar.
